Services
Commercial Protection & Patrol
We will provide a security detail to protect your commercial property against loss or damage to the premises and its contents. The detail protects your property from such acts as vandalism, theft, burglary, and will patrol for water damage, fire, or storm damage. We will also enforce no trespassing and no loitering policies (if applicable).
Available 24 hours a day.
Industrial Protection & Patrol
A (MPS) Patrol officer, working out of a marked vehicle, will inspect your property as offen as your needs dictate. Our vehicles are clearly marked and highly visible in order to discourage theft and vandalism. Patrol services include a drive-through of parking facilities and inspection of building/fence perimeters, including a visual check of accessible doors and windows.
Available 24 hours a day.
Residential Protection & Patrol
A (MPS) uniform officer will conduct a physical inspection of exterior doors and accessible windows. If our security officer discovers and unsecured door or windows, he or she will conduct an investigation to determine if a crime has been committed. If evidence of a crime activity is discovered, local law enforcement is notified immediately via our 24-hour dispatching capabilities.
Available 24 hours a day.
ARMED SPECIAL OFFICERS SERVICES
Officers receive a minimum of 160 hours of training through the Massachusetts Reserve Police Academy. We provide Special Police to high crime areas within the Greater Boston Area. Our Special Officers are licensed by the Boston Police Commissionaire in accordance with the rule 400. Rule 400 gives each officer police power to make arrests, preserve order, and enforce the laws of the commonwealth of Massachusetts and ordinances of the city of Boston limited to premises or jurisdiction specified in the license.
Alarm Response
If your site uses an electronic alarm system and that alarm is triggered, a reliable party should investigate. Since the vast majority of alarms are false, many law enforcement agencies charge costly penalties when they respond to false alarms. There is a cost-effective alternative. M.P.S SECURITY officers can provide the following types of alarm response: Fail to set. If you leave the premises and do not set the alarm, your alarm company notifies M.P.S Security, and our officers respond to your facility to activate your alarm. Unscheduled open. If your business is opened outside of normal working hours, and your alarm company has been notified, M.P.S SECURITY officers respond to ensure the disarming of the system has been authorized. Intrusion. M.P.S Security investigates alarms such as those traditionally caused by a burglar or other intruder. Our officers investigate the cause of the alarm, confirm if a crime has been committed or is in progress, and take action to protect your property. Manual Panic. Your alarm company should notify local law enforcement if your alarm is manually activated. M.P.S SECURITY also responds to manually activated alarms to ensure that appropriate emergency assistance has arrived. In this situation, however, the police or other law enforcement should be contacted first.
Documentation
Patrol provides prompt service along with written documentation of all activities and it is this written documentation that will be of critical importance after the incident. Documentation shows trends, can point to future possible incidents, can indicate the identity of an intruder and it can be vital for legal proceedings.
